Passenger Services

 














 
ATS is committed to looking after all international passengers who arrive or depart from Nadi International Airport. From the time passengers arrive until they leave, our efficient and friendly staff will provide a coordinated service to ensure their needs are met.

Our highly qualified staff are ready to attend to passenger needs using the latest equipment available to ground and aircraft crew in the world. A team of Passenger Assistant Agents and Passenger Service Agents, led by a Duty Manager are on hand to process arriving and departing passengers. 

Apart from providing check-in, baggage handling (including mishandled baggage and documentation) and ground related services. We at ATS prepare and monitor load sheets and load control requirements; provide a movement control service which includes aircraft contact and an around the clock flight information service.
 

Passenger Assistance

 

 
As soon as passengers land at Nadi Airport, the friendly Passenger Assistance agents at ATS will be ready to assist them. The agents are highly trained and can help with any passenger requirements, whether it is wheelchairs, help with children or baggage on the ground. The efficient staff will be there to make the transition far less hectic.







 

Passenger Check-In

 

 
ATS skilled staff are efficient and businesslike when checking in passengers manually or using the latest check-in system. Their competent service in a friendly environment has seen ATS providing check in services for all airlines operating international services through Nadi Airport.
 
The check in system used is the MUSE (Multi User System Environment). This is the most flexible system and we are able to check in any airline passenger at any counter.



 

Baggage Services

 
ATS is responsible for handling baggage on all International Flights. Our staffs are on hand to help passengers locate baggage that has been short shipped, damaged and reunite surplus bags with their owners in any part of the world.
 
ATS uses the popular tracing system “World Tracer Baggage Management System” to trace missing baggage and relevant files.

Load Control


ATS Passenger Services Department can provide load control for many aircraft types. Their standards are based on the individual carrier’s approval for individual aircraft types. ATS is currently approved to certify Load Sheets for the following carriers and their aircrafts.

Flight Operations

 
Our highly qualified staff collect and prepare data such as Notams, weather and flight plans for tech crew briefing. Flight Operations can also send movement messages according to individual requirements.

Flight Documentation For Customs Clearance

 
ATS can also arrange and obtain necessary CIQ clearances for inbound and outbound services at Nadi Airport.
