Under the glittering theme of 'An Evening with Stars,' Air Terminal Services (Fiji) Pte Ltd hosted its highly anticipated Long Years’ Service and Awards Night.
The evening themed “An Evening with Stars,” recognised 67 exemplary employees for their long-standing service, dedication, and accomplishments.
This elegant event, held at the Sheraton Resorts and Spa in Denarau on Wednesday, 04 December, 2024, brought together employees, award recipients, and esteemed guests to celebrate outstanding contributions to the company’s success and growth.
The Chief Guest, and the ATS Fiji Board of Directors Chairwoman, Ms. Shradha Sharma, expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards the awardees dedicated service to ATS Fiji.

Ms. Sharma took the opportunity to reflect on the company’s remarkable performance throughout the year.
“From January to November 2024, ATS Fiji served 7,953 flights and prepared 1,974,591 in-flight meals. As we look forward to December, we anticipate these numbers will continue to grow, demonstrating our pivotal role in the aviation sector and our unwavering commitment to excellence.”
The Awards Night also served as a platform to announce ATS Fiji’s commitment to rewarding its employees through a generous initiative:
- $500 shopping vouchers for all employees as of January 2024
- $300 shopping vouchers for recruits from January to June 2024
- $200 shopping vouchers for recruits from July to November 2024
- $100 shopping vouchers for student interns
This initiative represented a total investment of $368,200.00, underlining ATS Fiji’s dedication to supporting its workforce.
Mr. Suchin also emphasised the significance of the employees’ hard work, commitment, and loyalty that continue to allow ATS Fiji to reach new heights
“We are especially honoured to recognise 66 of our dedicated team members tonight, many of whom have been part of this remarkable journey for much of the company’s history,” he said.
"Additionally, we celebrate a special recognition award winner who has pioneered her field with loyalty and dedication, inspiring us all.”
